Museum Anna Nordlander is a meeting place of art in the center, with particular focus on contemporary art, gender and status of the artist.
Temporary exhibitions are shown at the Museum Art Gallery Anna Nordlander on Nordanå, but the works from the artist Anna Nordlander collection is displayed in the City Library. The museum also has an arts educational activities, primarily aimed at children and young people.
The museum is named after Anna Nordlander (1843-1879), who was one of the first female students at the Stockholm Art Academy 1866th
